  • if you've noticed something wrong it gives me a chance to put it right

  • if you have a suggestion it helps me to improve the site - which is great for you and other visitors (keeps me happy too!)

  • if you just want to make a comment about the site - that's wonderful too; I appreciate you taking the time and trouble

  • if you want to ask a question - I'll do my best to answer it for you, or if I can't, I might be able to point you in the right direction

  • I can create a list of FAQs - which just might save you a load of time!
